Itinerary

Day 1: Edinburgh - Lunch - Sightseeing
Edinburgh is a World Heritage City and taking the hotels heli-pad, we fly by HELICOPTER to see the city from the air. Taking an east – west route you will see all the famous sites of this great city like the CASTLE, ARTHUR’S SEAT, PRINCES STREET and the GEORGIAN NEW TOWN. Alighting at one of the city’s heliports, we will travel the short journey to Leith and lunch one the Michelin starred restaurant in this port part of the city. In the afternoon, we will visit some of site sites that interests you in more detail. These can include the PALACE OF HOLYROODHOUSE or ST GILES CATHEDRAL.
Day 2: Stirling - St Andrews - Cairngorms
North today, our first stop will be STIRLING CASTLE. Once the residence of the Scottish Kings, it perches onto of an extinct volcano. Flying east, over the Perth countryside to the historic city of ST ANDREWS, the home of golf. You will see the incomparable Old Course. We will stop for one of the great British traditions, AFTERNOON TEA at one of the tea rooms overlooking the golf course. Then, on our way to INVERNESS, we will pass over some of Scotland’s renowned scenery, The CAIRNGORMS and over SPEYSIDE – the world’s highest concentration of whisky distilleries.

Day 3: Loch Ness - Urquhart Castle
The battle of CULLODEN is arguably the most important battle in Scotland’s history. In 1745, Jacobites – mainly highland Scots rose up against the British government in support of Bonnie Prince Charlie’s claim to the throne. Boarding the helicopter, we will fly over INVERNESS and along LOCH NESS – to see if we can spot the monster! You will have stunning views including URQUHART CASTLE at the bottom end of the loch. We will alight at your overnight stay at INVERLOCHY CASTLE, a luxurious hotel a few miles from Fort William where Queen Victoria spent some of her vacations.

Day 4: Isle of Skye - hIighlands - Trossachs
Scotland’s islands are arguably, the most beautiful on the planet. From your hotel, we will fly along the incredible glens and over the snow capped peaks to the ISLE OF SKYE. Taking the coastal line we will see the island and then alight at PORTREE, the capital for lunch. Renowned for sea food, Portree a picture perfect island town. From here, we can take the road around the iconic CUILLIN HILLS to the islands only distillery, TALISKER. After an in depth VIP tour, we will fly back to the mainland and along Glen Coe, over LOCH LOMOND and the Trossachs National Park to Edinburgh.
